Senior/Recruitment Consultant - Children’s Residential/Unqualified SC – HOT Dual Desk – Birmingham

  • Salary: £20,000 - £26,000

My client are a specialist recruitment agency that focuses on placing permanent and locum candidates within the Social Care sector. Operating as a bespoke and focused consultancy they provide tailored permanent and locum / interim recruitment solutions to local authorities, not for profit organisations and charities across the UK. The Role

They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant (up to Senior level) to join them and further develop their existing Children’s Residential and Unqualified Social Care desk. They recruit nationally within this sector and are on many local authority framework agreements to supply locums (not shift filling, 3 month + contracts!), in additional to this they have a strong client portfolio of private children’s residential organisations that they supply to on a permanent basis.

This is an established division and they are currently looking for an ambitious candidate looking for the opportunity to progress their career, this division presents the opportunity to progress into management and Directorship.

This is a fully supported role offering full training and development.

The Candidate

They are looking for a team player who is ambitious and committed to providing a quality service and delivering to high standards to protect relationships. It is essential that you have recent experience within the Children’s Residential and/or Unqualified Social Care sectors either on a temp or perm basis.

In return they will offer excellent earning potential that is non changeable, they also offer a clear and precise promotion criteria so you can see what you need to achieve to progress. You will be involved in team events in the UK and overseas and play a huge part in the growth plans of the business.
