Role

• Proactive candidate sourcing including head hunting, database, working referrals
• Creating candidate profiles
• Response handling
• Lead generation
• Diary management
• Researching
• Sending out interview confirmations
• Checking candidate availability
• Updating database system
• Keeping an accurate pipeline sheet
• Managing pipeline
• Interviewing candidates
• Briefing/prepping candidates
• Pitching candidates to clients
• Gaining referrals
• Attend detailed consultant training programme
• Mapping candidate market
• Building prospect list
• Working closely with Principal Consultants.
• Taking detailed feedback from candidates after interview.
• Process management of candidate journey to final stage interview including qualifying candidate packages and commitment.
• Advertising (producing copy, placing adverts onto websites and publications)




Candidate

• Sales or recruitment experience
• Knowledge of/interest in - the technology sector
• Experience of overcoming objections
• Track record of hitting targets
• Ambitious and career focused
